Complementary chips and snacks , warm service from Sathish ....cosy,unobtrusive,great for an afternoon catch up with friends .The music could have been better . A window with a view would have been perfect. A door to step out into the outdoors for a smoke would have been lovely .

we stayed at their suite room, (which costs about 50k). Imagine not having AC and an extremely old fan which runs only in one speed. This room being at the top floor, it does get very hot at times. Is this the kind of room you provide after charging so high? When we complained at the reception, they said they will rectify it for future visits. Ruined our sleep for 4 nights. Their dinner buffet is a joke. Had to wait for 25mins to get one fresh roti and nobody seemed to care. We felt the staff were too biased and inclined to serve the NRI guests first. God knows why. Staff at the front-desk and restaurant are undertrained. Only good part is the location and the friendly security and cleaning staff.

This hotel is amazing. Their entire staff is exceptional. Even their security guards and gate keepers are very nice. They take very good care of their guests. One feels safe. They've got lots of space for kids to run around in addition to the play area. They offer complimentary snacks and drinks by the bonfire in the evening and right before that they offer complimentary tea tasting to their guests which again comes with a snack. Their buffet (breakfast and dinner) is varied and one can find much to satisfy anyone. Their soups are delicious too. We have also no complaints with anything except I do believe that the batteries in the gym need to be moved away from the equipment. We whole heartedly recommend this hotel to everyone,especially families. They are all personally involved in making you comfortable.

Best place to enjoy drinks and awesome foods. Mr.Satish is such a gem of a person in handling his guest. His preparations are next level. This is my 5th visit only because of his hospitality. Must visit bar place. I visit this bar every time i go to ooty.

Comfortable stay. Horse riding and the evening bonfire are the best part. Hospitality was commendable. Rooms were comfortable.. Prettiest hotel lobby I have ever seen. The pianist was a good addition and we had fun singing songs with him.
